From your photos you appear to be borderline for "needing" a lift. It is possiblethat larger implants could give you the breasts you desire with more volume and fullness but the breasts and nipples may stil have the same lower position on the chest wall and or there may be a snoopy breast ( ptosis off of the implants) and you may desire a lift in the future. Large implants only help up to a point, then make things look worse with residual ptosis.

It's difficult to tell from your photos whether your abdominal contour would benefit from coolsculpting, however if you have pinchable fat you would be more of a coolsculpting candidate than if a rounded abdominal contour is due to lax muscles such as what you might see from a pregnancy. It is not uncommon to have a little bit of oozing after surgery. This is usually not a problem. Definitely keep your follow up appointment with your Plastic surgeon to make sure there isn’t any ongoing bleeding or oozing.

With a tummy tuck , the skin of the abdomen is elevated off of the abdominal wall muscles so the skin and fat is lifted as a flap. In order to do this some vessels are divided either with the elctrocautery ( which seals the vessels ) or tied off with sutures and divided. Based on our experience and your photos you should expect at least 2-3 sessions. The number and type of applicators would need to be determined during consultation, however we have a lot of experience with coolsculpting and have used 14-16 applicators on patients with your body type. The number will depend on your expectations for a change.

It is possible that swellling can fluctuate for weeks after surgery especially if you have started back to a physical type job, but generally swelling slowly gets better each week. It is possible that with increased activity you have developed a fluid collection ( seroma) which may need to be aspirated in the office with a needle. You should contact your plastic surgeon for an evaluation to see if this is the case.

Fat cells are crystalized at the time of treatment and dye off over the next few days. It then takes several months for the body to break down and remove those cells. Therefore, weight loss immediately after coolsculpting wll not change the number of cells destroyed during the treatment,however, it will enhance the overall result. The remaining fat cells will react to weight gain and weight loss as they normally would.

This should absolutely be addressed by your plastic surgeon, regardless of insurance status. As others have mentioned there is a 90 day global period with respect to insurance, and because this is related to the surgery would also be covered. Your initial surgeon should be allowed to treat this by the insurance company, however once stabilized, your insurance company may require you to see someone "in network" (f your surgeon is out of network) if additional treatment is necessary.
